We are excited to announce that we were acquired by Sedgman Pty Limited to offer our clients a comprehensive service from consulting, feasibility studies, design, and delivery services on sustaining capital through to major brownfield and greenfield projects. Our name will change to Sedgman Prudentia.
The enhanced offering to our critical minerals, mineral processing, energy, and chemicals teams now includes project delivery, construction, and contract operational services as well as a combined team of over 1,000 engineering and technical staff across the Sedgman brand including, Sedgman Onyx Pty Ltd (Western Australia) and Sedgman Novopro (Canada).
Our day-to-day relationships and operations will not change, and our approach will endure. We will continue to listen to our client’s needs and business drivers, respond with practical solutions that consider immediate and future implications and are focused on delivering optimal practical solutions.
